TERMS: The minimum stay period is 7 nights. If your request will be for a lower number of days, we ask You to contact us all the same (the period could be available). FLAT CONDITIONS:
1) Flats are furnished and equipped with a corner for cooking. 2) Flats are unfurnished of bed, kitchen and bath linen. 3) You can rent bed linen. 4) Cradles are available till sell-out only on demand and with additional. 5) Flats are delivered clean and must be left clean, otherwise will be deducted a sum of € 50 from the deposit. HOW YOU CAN BOOK:
a) You must fill in the form specifying the period that interest you and how many people are in your family, included children and their age. More people than declared aren’t granted. Therefore we advise You to inform since the booking if You are going to give hospitality to anyone during your stay. You must specify if there are animals and what kind. b) Subsequently we will send You an e-mail of confirmation with the instructions for the earnest payment of 30%.. c) Settlement and additional costs must be paid before the arrival.

a) Transports aren’t included in the share for the stay and are at expense of the clients. b) The entry to the flat is from 17.00 pm to 21.00 pm (if the flat is ready, even before). c) With the settlement, You will pay a deposit for the possible damage of the furniture or structures of the flat. We will give You a list of the present things, that You’re going to sign after You have examined all is present and not damaged within 24 hours from your arrival. d) For each more people not declared, we will deduct from the deposit an additional of € 50.00 every week. DEPARTURE: The flat must be cleared from 8.00 am to 10.00 am of Saturday. You are requested to communicate your departure to make easier the inspection of the flat and the repayment of the deposit.
1) You must redeliver the flat clean and tidy, as You have found it at your arrival. Otherwise we will deduct from the deposit an additional of € 50.00.
2) Don’t leave dirty plates or objects in the wrong place.
3) You must clean properly the corner for cooking.
4) In case You must replace the broken objects.
5) Before You go, You must put the rubbish in the special containers on the street.
6) In case of after hour departures the deposit will be mailed, less postage. CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation penalty has provided depending on the date of the notice related to the date of arrival.
30% of full stay until 30 days before the arrival;
75% of full stay until 15 days before the arrival; 100% of full stay until 14 days before the arrival. Possible cancellation must be done with registered letter and postmark will bear witness. The client who, for
whatever reason interrupts the stay, isn’t entitled to the repayment
for not enjoyed period. |
